Fluxwork is a small software studio. This page says, in plain words, what we collect and what you can ask us to do. It is a good-faith summary, not legal advice.

This website

• No cookies and no analytics. We do not run tracking scripts, advertising pixels or third-party fonts.
• Theme setting. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved on your device only, so the page remembers it. It is never sent to us.
• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare handles technical request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site. We do not use it to identify you.
• The cafe demo builds a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing you pick in it is sent to us until you press send in WhatsApp.

When you message us

If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see your number, your profile name and what you write. We use it to reply, to scope and quote work, and to deliver it. We keep it while we are talking and for as long as the work needs, and delete it when you ask.

When we write to a business first

We sometimes email small businesses whose contact details are publicly listed, to say what we could build for them. Every such email says who we are and how to opt out, and emails to countries whose rules require it also carry our postal address. Reply STOP and we add you to a do-not-contact list the same day and do not write again. We keep your business's publicly listed contact details, a note of what we sent and any reply. They are held in Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail and Drive) and processed by an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) that helps us draft and keep track.

Demo pages

If we send you a link to a demo page, the page shows your business name taken from the link itself, on your own device. The name is not stored on the page. It stays on your device unless you tap the WhatsApp button on the demo page, which opens a message to us that includes it; you can edit or delete that message before you send it. We remove a demo page about 30 days after our last contact.

Asking us to delete or correct your data

Message us on WhatsApp or reply to any email from us with DELETE or STOP, and say what you want deleted or corrected. We will confirm when it is done. We keep your number or address on the do-not-contact list only so we do not contact you again.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help research and draft messages and parts of our work. The wording of our emails is approved by a person, and a person checks replies before they are sent. Voice-overs on our sample videos are AI-generated, and we say so on this site and in the posts that carry them.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
